TriggerLeads ("we," "us") provides researched B2B sales leads, delivered daily to a private Google Sheet for each customer. This policy explains what information we collect through triggerleadsapp.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information you give us
When you start a free trial or subscribe, we collect your name, work email, phone number, company name, company website, and your targeting preferences (what you sell, target industries, job titles, territory, company size, buying triggers and exclusions). If you subscribe, our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment details. We never see or store your full card number.
Information collected automatically
Our website is hosted by Squarespace, which may use cookies and collect standard visitor information such as browser type, pages visited and approximate location to run and secure the site and to give us basic traffic statistics.
How we use your information
To set up your trial and your private lead sheet, and to research leads that match your preferences
To deliver leads, send account emails (such as your trial recap and billing notices) and answer your questions
To process subscription payments through Stripe
To improve our service
We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share your targeting preferences with other customers.
Where your information is stored
Signup details are stored in Squarespace and in Google Sheets on our Google Workspace account. Your lead sheet is shared only with the email addresses you give us. Payment information is handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
About the leads we deliver
The business contact information in your lead sheet comes from publicly available sources, such as company websites, public directories and public records. Each lead includes its source link. If you are a business contact listed in our research and want to be removed, email us and we will suppress your details from future deliveries.
How long we keep information
We keep customer information for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for billing, tax and legal purposes. Trial signups that don't become customers are deleted within 12 months.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop sending you emails. Email sales@triggerleadsapp.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Security
We use reputable providers (Squarespace, Google and Stripe) and limit access to your information to the people who need it to deliver your service. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Children
TriggerLeads is a business service and is not directed to anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we make material changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page and, for active customers, let you know by email.
